# call

Executes an API call.

### Parameters

`endPoint` - The REST endpoint. (eg. `https://api-ssl.bitly.com/v4/shorten`)

`params` - The request parameters key/value map.

`method` - The submission [Method](../-methods/index.md).

**Return**
The response (JSON) from the API.
