# create

Converts a long url to a Bitlink and sets additional parameters.

### Parameters

`toJson` - Returns the full JSON response if `true`

**Oaran**
long_url The long URL.

**Return**
The shorten URL or JSON response, or on error, an empty string/JSON object.
