8a14b1d570 Refactoring: Define sdkman-init variable only once and "hide" it. 
Also nicer test output.

597945453d Offline mode now works. 
- Initialization now delegates do sdkman-init.sh
 - bash-runner now catches all SDKMAN_* environment variables.
